How Many American’s Emails has the NSA Collected and Reviewed Without a Warrant? .

Why won’t the Obama administration reveal how many Americans’ emails the NSA has collected and reviewed without a warrant?
Since last year, a few members of Congress—led by Senator Ron Wyden—have been trying to get the Obama administration to answer a simple question: how many Americans’ phone calls or emails have been and are being collected and read without a warrant under the authority of the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 (FAA)?  Unfortunately, no one else in the government  seems to want that question answered.  More…

American Muslims Stone Christians in Dearborn, Michigan

In the video below, we see a small number of Christians who gathered holding Christian signs at the 2012 Dearbor, Michigan Arab festival being assaulted by Muslims with bottles, stones, and other objects. The police do not protect the Christians or take action against the perpetrators; in the end, they reprimand the Christians and instruct them to leave. Ever since, there has been no coverage of this outrageous event in our media. Nor has CAIR or any other Muslim organization denounced the Muslims who abused the Christians.  More…

Top Soviet-bloc defector: Marxism infecting U.S.

By Lt. Gen. Ion Mihai Pacepa

Ion Mihai Pacepa was interviewed by WND Managing Editor David Kupelian.

A few weeks ago I read “America’s Marxist Picnic,” a touching story by WND’s David Kupelian, which illustrates how much the U.S. government hated Marxism a generation ago.Read this fascinating interview

Editor’s note: Lt. Gen. Ion Mihai Pacepa is the highest-ranking Soviet-bloc official ever to defect to the West. In December 1989, Romanian President Nicolae Ceausescu was executed at the end of a trial whose accusations came almost word-for-word out of Pacepa’s book, “Red Horizons,” subsequently republished in 27 countries.

After President Carter approved his request for political asylum, Pacepa became an American citizen and worked with U.S. intelligence agencies against the former Eastern Bloc. The CIA has praised Pacepa’s cooperation for providing “an important and unique contribution to the United States.”

Is there a drone in your neighbourhood?

Rise of spy planes exposed after FAA is forced to reveal 63 launch sites across U.S.

Unmanned spy planes are being launched from locations in 20 states and owners include the military and universities

There are at least 63 active drone sites around the U.S, federal authorities have been forced to reveal following a landmark Freedom of Information lawsuit.

The unmanned planes – some of which may have been designed to kill terror suspects – are being launched from locations in 20 states.

Most of the active drones are deployed from military installations, enforcement agencies and border patrol teams, according to the Federal Aviation Authority.

But, astonishingly, 19 universities and colleges are also registered as owners of what are officially known as unmanned aerial vehicles.

It is thought that many of institutions, which include Cornell, the University of Colorado, Georgia Tech, and Eastern Gateway Community College, are developing drone technology.   Read more:

NSA: It Would Violate Your Privacy to Say if We Spied on You

The surveillance experts at the National Security Agency won’t tell two powerful United States Senators how many Americans have had their communications picked up by the agency as part of its sweeping new counterterrorism powers. The reason: it would violate your privacy to say so.

“All that Senator Udall and I are asking for is a ballpark estimate of how many Americans have been monitored under this law, and it is disappointing that the Inspectors General cannot provide it,” Wyden told Danger Room on Monday. “If no one will even estimate how many Americans have had their communications collected under this law then it is all the more important that Congress act to close the ‘back door searches’ loophole, to keep the government from searching for Americans’ phone calls and emails without a warrant.”

Mexico and Canada Invited to Join the Secret TPP Negotiations

This week President Obama and U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Ron Kirk announced that Canada and Mexico have been invited to join the secret negotiations aimed at establishing the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).

Notably, in both statements Ambassador Kirk places the approval of “domestic stakeholders” (read: large corporations) on a level with that of the Congress. It is precisely this exalting of big business that has troubled many of the people’s representatives in Congress.

One such opponent, Americans for Limited Government (ALG), is taking the lead in warning the people of the United States about the confluence of corporate and governmental interests and their goal of destroying the independence of our country.

“It is self-evident that the erosion of the right of citizens to control their own lives is progressing at a rate that we are little more than wage slaves to an oppressive government and its cadre of corporate backers that consider our lives and our liberties of little or no consequence,” Wilson warned.

Be Aware: Gov Analysts Scour Internet For These Words

Revealed: Hundreds of words to avoid using online if you don’t want the government spying on you (and they include ‘pork’, ‘cloud’ and ‘Mexico’)

  • Department of Homeland Security forced to release list following freedom of information request
  • Agency insists it only looks for evidence of genuine threats to the U.S. and not for signs of general dissent
 By Daniel Miller/PUBLISHED: 04:32 EST, 26 May 2012 |
Revealing: A list of keywords used by government analysts to scour the internet for evidence of threats to the U.S. has been released under the Freedom of Information Act Revealing: A list of keywords used by government analysts to scour the internet for evidence of threats to the U.S. has been released under the Freedom of Information Act

The Department of Homeland Security has been forced to release a list of keywords and phrases it uses to monitor social networking sites and online media for signs of terrorist or other threats against the U.S.

The intriguing the list includes obvious choices such as ‘attack’, ‘Al Qaeda’, ‘terrorism’ and ‘dirty bomb’ alongside dozens of seemingly innocent words like ‘pork’, ‘cloud’, ‘team’ and ‘Mexico’.

Released under a freedom of information request, the information sheds new light on how government analysts are instructed to patrol the internet searching for domestic and external threats.

The words are included in the department’s 2011 ‘Analyst’s Desktop Binder‘ used by workers at their National Operations Center which instructs workers to identify ‘media reports that reflect adversely on DHS and response activities’.

Department chiefs were forced to release the manual following a House hearing over documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit which revealed how analysts monitor social networks and media organisations for comments that ‘reflect adversely’ on the government.  Read more:

Law of the Sea Treaty LOST (video)

Save American Sovereignty: Stop LOST

The treaty is an unnecessary and fatally-flawed pact that would radically alter American law, allowing an international organization based in Jamaica to erode US sovereignty.

What Would LOST Do?

  • LOST creates the International Seabed Authority (ISA), a new, UN-style organization based in Kingston, Jamaica that would be dominated by anti-US interests;
  • Article 82 of the treaty requires the US to transfer significant offshore energy royalties to the ISA, which is then empowered to redistribute those funds to developing countries, even if they are undemocratic or state sponsors of terrorism;
  • Part XV of the treaty requires the US to engage in mandatory dispute resolution, paving the way for reckless and politically motivated allegations from hostile interests;
  • Contrary to popular belief, the treaty was not fixed in 1994; and,
  • For more than 200 years, America has successfully preserved and protected its navigational rights and freedoms by relying on naval operations, diplomatic protests, and customary international law.
LOST is officially known as “United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).” President Ronald Reagan announced that he would not sign UNCLOS shortly after it was adopted in 1982.

Stop the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST)

Wednesday, 30 May 2012 09:00 Eagle Forum

Liberals who favor global government over American sovereignty, such as Massachusetts Senator John Kerry, and Indiana Senator Richard Lugar, who just lost the Senate seat he’s held for 34 years in a primary, are once again pushing this terrible treaty that will hand control of our international waters over to the United Nations. Those pushing the treaty claim that it will expand U.S. sovereignty, but we all know it will do the opposite.  The three main interest groups pushing for the treaty are the U.S. Navy, the big multinational oil companies led by Shell, and the radical environmentalist lawyers. That peculiar alliance should make you suspicious!  Here are the facts:  More…

Opinion: Big Brother looms over House GOP’s ‘Orwellian’ cybersecurity bill

By Juan Williams – 05/29/12 05:00 AM ET

Imagine a country where every e-mail, every electronic banking transfer, every blogger’s political rant can be handed to the FBI and National Security Agency. There is no need for a warrant from a judge. There is no legal protection for personal privacy. It is simply up to your Internet service provider to decide what is suspicious and send it to the government.

Imagine that the Congress approves of this radical challenge to civil liberty by saying the new law is the best way to prevent terrorists from creating chaos in the financial system, plotting violence and hacking into big companies in a conspiracy to destroy the nation with a “Digital Pearl Harbor.”

Well, there is no need for a modern-day George Orwell to imagine the scary story in which Big Brother, an authoritarian government, colludes with multinational corporations to trample civil liberty.  More…

Inspiring Message

The Road To Serfdom-An End To American Exceptionalism?

May 26, 2012 By

For those of us who are watching the decline of America, one thing stands out regarding society today. American values are quickly disappearing. Our once great, proud nation is being reduced to a “give me ” society. My parents as well as many other parents have instilled certain values in us as children, one of which was to always work hard for whatever you want out of life. Unfortunately, as our government continues to be mis-managed and over run by communists and chicago thugs, some are starting to believe that hard work is no longer worth it. As the government is doing everything in it’s power to force more regulation and taxes on potential employers, the result is more hardship and unemployment.

But wait a second here. Your government is here to take care of you with ninety-nine weeks of unemployment benefits which Nancy Pelosi says stimulates the economy. Although, eventually, they will expire. That is ok though because your government has more to offer you. How about some food stamps or maybe medicaid and the best part is, you don’t even have to be drug tested to receive these benefits(unless you live in Florida). But, if all else fails, you can always apply for social security disability benefits. All you have to do is lie through your teeth and tell the doctors that you are clinicly depressed or something.

My point is, we were a once proud nation where people were embarassed when they had to ask the government for help to survive. Now,as this government on one hand, takes away our ability to be individual achievers, the other hand is ready with the handouts. The problems here are that the recipients become slaves to the government,(as well as a guaranteed voter base) and, someone else has to pay for it. Socialism is a great concept, until you run out of other people’s money. We as Americans MUST hold on to our values and not become slaves to this government. Be an exceptional American, engage yourselves to help change this road we are on. Hold all of your politicians accountable. If they blow you off, vote them out. It is way past time to give America back to the people so we can once again become the greatest nation on earth, and a beacon for freedom and liberty. Stay safe, and be aware of your surroundings.

20 People Hit By Cars In Fort Lee In 2012

FORT LEE, N.J. – Texting while driving is a crime in New Jersey, but what about texting while walking?

Police in Fort Lee, Bergen County, say if you are caught texting while walking you could face a fine.

They say pedestrians are constantly putting themselves at risk of being hit by cars because they don’t pay attention while they are walking.

So far this year, 20 people have been hit by cars in Fort Lee.

Police say they handed out pamphlets warning people about the crackdown.

In the last month and a half, 117 tickets have been issued. The fine is 85 dollars per offense.

The Way The Pentagon Is Predicting Your Potential To Become A National Threat Is Frightening

Tom Cruise made “pre-crime'” a futuresque and controversial method of law enforcement in the 2002 movie Minority Report.Ten years later, the idea of preemptively identifying a criminal — particularly an inside threat — is taking shape within the U.S. Defense Department, reports Joe Gould at Army Times.

Whether it’s a low-ranking soldier intent on dumping secret information to WikiLeaks, or a rogue Sergeant going on a shooting rampage, insider threats can seriously plague the military and the government as a whole.

Taking a novel approach, the Pentagon is spearheading research into studying the predictive behavior of personnel in the lead-up to a betrayal.
