Did President Obama’s Comments to Russian Leader Border on Treason?

 
Treason: “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason.”Beware of open microphone! It might pick up something you didn’t mean for other people to hear.
